Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Meenira Studio) and Meenira (OPC) Private Limited, Gurgaon, Haryana (“Meenira”, “we”). By creating an account or using Studio you accept them. If you use Studio for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.

2. The service

• Studio plans a storyboard from your brief, generates pictures, optional moving clips, narration and captions with third-party AI models, and assembles a vertical video.
• Before anything is generated you see an estimate and must approve it. Nothing paid runs without your approval, and each video, day and plan has a spending cap.
• If you connect your Instagram professional account, Studio posts a finished video as a Reel only when you press Post.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and confirm your email address. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One free trial per business. We may refuse or close trials that look like duplicates or abuse.

4. Free trial

After you confirm your email you get a free trial worth about ₹290 of generation, for picture videos only (no moving clips). It does not renew and has no cash value. When it is used up, choose a plan to continue.

5. Plans, budget and payment

• Starter ₹1,499 a month (monthly AI budget about ₹770, pictures only); Pro ₹4,999 (about ₹2,400, moving clips); Business ₹14,999 (about ₹7,200, moving clips, priority). Prices include GST; the plan page shows the current details before you subscribe.
• You authorise a recurring payment (card or UPI AutoPay) on Razorpay’s page. Your bank or Razorpay notifies you before each automatic debit, as RBI rules require.
• Each plan’s AI budget resets at the start of each billing month. Unused budget does not carry over. When the month’s budget is used, new generation pauses until the next month or until you upgrade.
• If a payment fails and Razorpay cannot collect it after its retries, new generation is paused until the payment succeeds. Videos you already made stay available to download.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We never receive your card or UPI details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from Studio. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid month. Refunds are covered in Refunds and cancellation.

7. Your content and rights

• You keep ownership of your briefs, photos and the videos made for you.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (photos, logos, names, numbers), and permission from any identifiable person who appears in it.
• You give us a licence to store and process your content only to provide Studio to you, including sending it to the AI providers that generate your video.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not make videos that impersonate a real person without their consent, show deities or saints, mislead buyers (for example false prices, approvals or RERA details), or are unlawful, hateful, sexual or involve minors.
• Do not remove or hide the “AI-generated” label, or present AI-generated people or places as real.
• Real-estate advertising is your responsibility, including showing your RERA registration where the law requires it.

9. AI output

AI-generated pictures, narration and text can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Review every video before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

10. Instagram and other third parties

Studio depends on third parties, including Amazon Web Services, Google and other AI model providers, Meta (Instagram) and Razorpay. Your use of Instagram is subject to Meta’s terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s outage or decisions, such as Meta refusing or removing a post.

11. Availability

We work to keep Studio available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. A video can sometimes fail to generate.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts other users or the service at risk. You can stop using Studio and cancel at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

• Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or deals, or loss of goodwill, or for what anyone does based on a video.
• Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as for fraud.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any dispute. If we cannot, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
